There is no rule saying that traffic coming from the right has priority; everyone stops at the stop sign and the first to arrive are the first to go. I still haven't completely adapted and still focus on traffic from the right while mainly ignoring left. Not the safest, but car drivers often give pedestrians and cyclists priority (lucky me).
